You can permanently delete your Farm-2 account at any time. This page explains how, what gets removed, and what is kept for legal and accounting reasons.
Option 1 — Inside the app or website (fastest):

If you can't sign in, email hello@farm-2.com from the address on your account with the subject line "Delete my account". We delete the account within 7 business days and reply to confirm.
For legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and accounting reasons we are required to retain a limited record of completed transactions. After deletion, your name on those records is replaced with "Deleted user" so the other party can still see their order history. Specifically we retain:
If you have transactions in progress, you can't delete yet. The app will block deletion if you have any pending or protected orders — either as a buyer or as a seller. Complete or refund those orders first, then come back here.
Account deletion cannot be undone. If you sign up again later with the same email, it will be a new account with no access to your old listings, ratings, or history.
