Delete Your Farm-2 Account
You can permanently delete your Farm-2 account at any time. This page explains how, what gets removed, and what is kept for legal and accounting reasons.
How to delete your account
Option 1 — Inside the app or website (fastest):

If you can't sign in, email hello@farm-2.com from the address on your account with the subject line "Delete my account". We delete the account within 7 business days and reply to confirm.
What gets deleted
- Your name, email, phone number, farm/business name, location, and avatar photo.
- Your bio, interests, certifications, and any other profile details.
- Your active listings (deactivated immediately, removed from search).
- Your saved drafts and unsent messages.
- Your authentication credentials (email/password and any linked Google or Apple sign-in).
- Push notification tokens for your devices.
What we keep, and why
For legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and accounting reasons we are required to retain a limited record of completed transactions. After deletion, your name on those records is replaced with "Deleted user" so the other party can still see their order history. Specifically we retain:
- Anonymized transaction records (order amount, date, line items) — kept for 7 years per applicable tax law.
- Anonymized payout records held by Stripe, our payment processor — governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
- Server logs containing your IP address and basic request metadata — automatically purged within 90 days.
Before you delete
If you have transactions in progress, you can't delete yet. The app will block deletion if you have any pending or protected orders — either as a buyer or as a seller. Complete or refund those orders first, then come back here.
This is permanent
Account deletion cannot be undone. If you sign up again later with the same email, it will be a new account with no access to your old listings, ratings, or history.
